Looking after Your Worms, continued
To remove your worms, place the entire contents of the worm farm on a large sheet of plastic.
The worms will move into the centre, away from the light. Scoop off the outer layer of the pile.
Wait a minute for the worms to move back into the centre of this smaller pile, then scoop off the
outer layer again. You can keep doing this until you just have a clean ball of pink worms left.
Alternatively, place food like cereal bran on top of the worm farm. The worms will move to the top
to eat the food and the top layer can be removed.
